Analytics

See how your short links and bio pages perform, from total clicks and views to countries, devices, referrers and button clicks.

linked.is records every click on your short links and every view of your bio pages, and shows the results in the dashboard.

Dashboard overview

The Dashboard shows totals for the workspace that is currently selected:

  • Links - Number of short links
  • Bio pages - Number of bio profiles
  • Views, Visitors and Clicks

Below the totals, a chart shows views and visitors per day. Choose Today, Yesterday or the last 7, 14, 30 or 90 days.

Open a link under Shortened Links and switch to the Stats tab. Pick a date range in the top right: Today, This week, This month, This year, or the last 7, 30 or 90 days. You can also select custom dates.

The categories are:

CategoryWhat it shows
OverviewTotal clicks and the top devices, browsers, operating systems and languages
Countries / CitiesWhere your visitors are
ReferrersThe sites visitors came from. Visits without a referrer count as direct
Devices / OS / BrowsersWhat visitors used to open the link
LanguagesYour visitors' browser languages
UTMsThe utm_source values in the URLs visitors used, for example when you share linked.is/your-slug?utm_source=newsletter
Visit hoursThe hours of the day when clicks happened

The total click count is also shown in the Clicks column of the Shortened Links list.

Bio page stats

Open a profile under Bio Profile and switch to the Stats tab. The date range works the same way as for links.

The Overview shows:

  • Button clicks - How many times buttons on your page were clicked
  • Click rate - Button clicks divided by page views
  • Top buttons - The buttons that got the most clicks

The Buttons category lists the clicks for every button. If two buttons have the same label, the destination is shown next to it so you can tell them apart. Entries shows views over time, and the other categories (countries, cities, referrers, devices, operating systems, browsers, languages, UTMs and visit hours) work as they do for links.

The Link Lists page shows how many times each link list was viewed (Views) and how many people saved a copy of it (Saved by others).

Workspaces

Stats belong to the link or bio page, so everyone in a workspace sees the same numbers for that workspace's links and profiles. See Workspaces.

Using the API

You can read the same stats from your own code with the Analytics API.
