Link Lists
A link list is a curated collection of links on one topic, such as "Free AI tools for designers". You share the whole list with a single URL, and public lists can be discovered by others on Explore.
Create a list
- Open Link Lists in the dashboard sidebar and click New list. You can also use Start a link list in the Dashboard quick actions.
- Fill in the details:
- Title - 3 to 100 characters.
- Description - What the list is about and who it's for, up to 500 characters.
- Category - AI, Design, Development, Marketing, Productivity, Education, Business, Finance, Creators, Gaming, Lifestyle, Travel or Other.
- Language - The language of the list: English, Turkish, Russian, Arabic, Indonesian, Ukrainian, Portuguese, French or German.
- Under Links, click Add link and enter a URL, a Title and an optional Short note. A list can hold up to 100 links. Use Move up and Move down to change the order.
- Click Save.
Every link is checked for malware and phishing when you save. A list with a flagged link can't be saved.
The list is created in the workspace that is currently selected. Click View to open its public page.
Who can see your list

The Status column on the Link Lists page shows Public, Public · not in search yet, Unlisted or Hidden by moderators.
Appearing in search engines
A public list is offered to search engines once it meets all three requirements, which the editor shows as a checklist under To appear in search engines:
- The list is shown on Explore
- It has at least 5 links
- Its description is at least 60 characters long
Explore
Explore lists public lists by category and language. A list needs at least 3 links to appear there. Featured lists and lists from Linked.is editors are marked.
Password-protected lists
To lock a list, enter a Password (at least 4 characters) and click Save. Visitors see a short unlock screen and need the password to open the list. After too many wrong attempts they have to wait before trying again.
To change the password, type a new one. To remove it, click Remove password and save. Protecting a list turns off Show on Explore automatically.
Share a list
Public and unlisted lists have their own page at linked.is/l/your-list (lists in other languages use the language prefix, for example linked.is/tr/l/your-list). Visitors can:
- Open any link in the list
- Share the list
- Save to my lists - Signed-in users get a private copy of the list in their current workspace. Visitors without an account are sent to sign up.
Manage your lists
The Link Lists page shows each list's Public link, Views, Saved by others, Status and when it was Updated. Use the row actions to View, Edit or Delete a list. Deleting a list can't be undone.
If moderators hide a list, it is only visible to you and the editor shows a notice.
